By accessing or using the services provided by Spider Service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Spider Service provides mobile application development, web development, UI/UX design, consulting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and any information marked as confidential.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or results from the use of our deliverables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spider Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
Any changes to the agreed project scope must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to timeline and pricing. We will provide estimates for scope changes before proceeding.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or technical failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
